Customer Rights
Dear Customers,

Pursuant to Part 3 of Article 141 of the RA Law “On Credit Organizations,” upon the request of any person, a credit organization is obliged, within five business days, to provide the opportunity to review:
a) Copies of the credit organization’s financial statements (at least the most recent annual statements) and the external auditor’s opinion thereon;
b) Copies of the credit organization’s state registration certificate and charter;
c) In the case of a public subscription of shares, a copy of the prospectus for the issuance of the credit organization’s shares;
d) In the case of a public offering of bonds and other securities issued by the credit organization, as well as derivative financial instruments regulated by normative legal acts of the Central Bank, the information prescribed by the RA Law “On the Securities Market” and other legal acts, in the scope and manner established therein.

Please note that you may protect your rights both through judicial proceedings and through the Financial System Mediator. The Company has not entered into an agreement with the Financial System Mediator waiving its right to challenge the Mediator’s decisions; therefore, in certain cases, it may appeal court decisions issued by the Mediator against “CUBE CREDIT” UCO CJSC.
