Notice Regarding the Provision of Information
Each shareholder of "CUBE CREDIT" UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CJSC has the right, in accordance with Part 4 of Article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Banks and Banking Activity, to receive copies of the bank's most recent annual report and external audit opinion.
Each shareholder holding 2% or more of the bank's issued voting shares has the right to receive the information specified in Parts 4 and 5 of Article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Banks and Banking Activity. The Law can be found at the following address.
The Company provides the above-mentioned information FREE OF CHARGE within three business days of receiving a written request from a shareholder (or within 5 business days if provided by mail). Written requests may be submitted in the following ways: in person at the Company's head office, by email at [email protected], or by mail to "CUBE CREDIT" UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CJSC, 14/2 Vardanantz St., apt. 34.
