Armen Ter-Hakobyan
Chairman of the Board
Born on May 30, 1978.
In 2000, he graduated from the Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction.
From 1999 to 2013, he worked at HayEconombank LLC in various roles: Internal Auditor, Branch Manager of “Alaverdi” Branch, Branch Manager of “Ararat” Branch, Director of the Dealing Center, and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
From 2013 to 2014, he served as Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board at AraratBank LLC.
Since 2017, he has been a Co-Founder of Cub Invest LLC.
From July 2022 to 2024, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Cub Invest LLC.
Currently, he serves as Treasurer of Cub Invest LLC.
Since November 28, 2025, he has been a Board Member and Co-Founder of CUB CREDIT UCO LLC.

Born on March 30, 1977.
In 2001, he graduated from the Yerevan Agricultural Academy, Department of Finance and Credit.
In 1998, he worked at the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia as a Contract Specialist in the Inspection and Supervision Division of the Banking Supervision Department.
From 1999 to 2000, he worked at United Bank LLC as a Specialist in the Internal Control (Audit) Division, and later as Head of the Territorial Units Supervision Department.
From 2005 to 2010, he worked at HayEconombank LLC in various roles: Specialist in the Internal Audit Division, Bank Auditor, Senior Specialist in the Internal Audit Division, Branch Manager of the “Khrushchev” Branch, Branch Manager of the “Arabkir” Branch, and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
From 2010 to 2012, he served at Ameriabank LLC as a Member of the Management Board and Head of the Territorial Units Management Division.
From 2012 to 2016, he held the positions of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Kilikia UCO LLC.
From June 2022 to January 2026, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Chief Financial Officer at Cub Invest LLC.
Since January 2026, he has been a Board Member of Cub Invest LLC.
Since November 28, 2025, he has been a Board Member of CUB CREDIT UCO LLC.

In 2006, he graduated from Yerevan State University, and in 2011, from the American University of Armenia, Faculty of International Relations.
From 2012 to 2013, he worked at ACBA Bank LLC as a Specialist at the Card Center.
From 2013 to 2018, he worked at HayEconombank LLC as Head of the Card Marketing Department, Head of the Customer Acquisition Department, and Head of the Business Development Division.
From 2018 to 2022, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Dimension Investment Company.
From 2022 to 2024, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Director of Corporate Services at Cub Invest LLC.
Currently, he is Chief Executive Officer – Chairman of the Management Board at Cub Invest LLC.
Since November 28, 2025, he has been a Board Member of CUB CREDIT UCO LLC.

Hayk Mkrtchyan
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Born on April 18, 1973.
In 1995, he graduated from the Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, with a degree in Engineer-Economist. He subsequently completed the university’s master’s and postgraduate programs, earning the title of Research Engineer.
He began his career in 1996 at the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
From 1997 to 1999, he worked at LendBank LLC as Head of the Long-Term Commercial Loans Department.
In 1999, he served as Senior Auditor in the Internal Audit Department at HayEconombank LLC.
From 1999 to 2011, he held various managerial positions at HayEconombank LLC.
From 2011 to 2013, he worked at Armswissbank LLC as Director of Business Development.
From 2013 to 2017, he served as Deputy CEO – Director of Business Development at Anelik Bank LLC.
From 2017 to 2023, he worked at FINCA UCO LLC as Head of the Product Development and Methodology Department.
From 2023 to 2025, he served as Head of the Product Development Department at Unibank LLC.
By Decision No. 1/440 of November 28, 2025, issued by the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CUB CREDIT UCO LLC.

Chief Accountant
Born on November 23, 1964.
From 1981 to 1985, she studied at the Yerevan Institute of National Economy, Faculty of Finance and Accounting.
From 1985 to 1988, she worked at the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, in the General Reporting and Interbank Operations Division, as a Specialist.
From 1988 to 1991, she worked at Haypetarbanks as a Senior Specialist in the Internal Accounting Department.
Since 1991, she worked at HayEconombank LLC as Chief Economist of the Internal Accounting Division within the Accounting and Reporting Department.
From 1993, she served at HayEconombank LLC as Deputy Chief Accountant of the City Administration.
From 1996 to 1998, she held the position of Chief Accountant of the City Administration at HayEconombank LLC.
Since 1998, she worked at Anelik Bank LLC as Head of the Internal Accounting Division within the Accounting and Reporting Department – Deputy Chief Accountant.
From 2007 to 2010, she served as Head of the Customer Service Department at Anelik Bank LLC.
From 2010 to 2013, she worked as Head of the Customer Service Division at Anelik Bank LLC.
